Women with their Gurls

I started a new board on Pinterest called “Women with their Gurls.” It is a collection of pins demonstrating that femulating is becoming so mainstream that women now freely socialize with with femulators (“their gurls”). The pins on that board show cisgender women socializing with their femulating husbands, male wives, boyfriends, sons, male daughters, etc.

The creation of this board is a follow-up to a February post (“Guilt-Free Guilty Pleasure”) where I wrote, “Never before have so many males been so open about crossdressing... especially young males. They crossdress with great abandon and don’t care who knows it. And that encourages other males who may have been on the cusp, to try it themselves.”

And what’s more encouraging than your spouse or significant other being so supportive of your femulating that she is willing to socialize and be seen in public with her gurl! Works for me.

(By the way, there may be some bad pins among the pins I collected. By “bad pin” I mean pins that are not cisgender women with their gurls. Rather, they may be two women or two gurls and not a woman and a gurl. I tried to eliminate all the bad pins, but I might have missed a few.)

Our K gurl hails from Kingswood High in Missouri. Everything about her screams “Not a civilian” to me because I so identify with her. Like Miss Jones, I was overweight in high school, but it did not stop me from raiding my mother’s and sister’s closets, feminizing my male haircut, wearing Mom’s makeup and clip-on earrings and becoming the girl I so wanted to be.

  1. You did great work putting together the collection.
Not to quibble but if find the term 'gurl' irritating. To me it is a spelling error. Perhaps when you add to the collection you can go with 'femulator' rather than 'gurl'.
You may also want to add a couples phote to your regular blog page

OTOH, I like the GURL term. Gurl is simply a 'morphed' term signifying pricicely who 'we' are.
'Gurls' is an oft used/ accepted on the lesbian/trans-woman website AUTOSTRADDLE.

  2. I love the new Pinterest board. I wish I could have been so fortunate.

When I first associated with Tri-Ess many years ago there were several couples like those in the Pins. One that I thought especially interesting was formed by a woman who went to Tri-Ess and Renaissance meetings with the goal of finding a femulating husband. They were quite the pair and had a very successful Mary Kay business in addition to their full-time jobs. The couple that was "jaw-dropping" were the same size -- height and clothing were the same with only shoe sizes a little different. Even their hair colors were similar (though "chemistry" may have played a part). Talk about my "dream couple"! At the first "Show off your new Christmas clothes" meeting I attended they actually switched outfits! Well, it was new to me and it boggled my mind!

"Especially" hardly comes close to how much I love today's posting and new Pinterest board. I wish I cold have been the femulator in one of these couples. Thank you so much, Stana. You never cease to expand our knowledge and appreciation of our community. You're a real treasure.

The resemblance between you two is stunning. You need a dark colored wig with curls, for a complete photo comparison.

"Hey! That's MY dress!". I showed my wife the first photo of the gurl/girl couple. She has a similar white dress, with the oversize, layered epaulets, which are incidentally only on one shoulder.
Should you wonder, I am the person who purchased the dress, original price tags attached, from Value Village for about $8.00!

Women, in general, I have found in my cross dressing experience over the last 30 years, have become more and more accepting of us, with one exception. Women accepting of other crossdressers are most typically not thrilled or even tolerant, if the crossdresser is their own husband, son, father etc. Then the crossdressing becomes a personal reflection of them. So if the younger folks don't have a problem with their own spouse femulating, I say YIPPIE.

  6. Only started to view the collection but it looks amazing! Appreciate you "screening" the pics as best you can for real girl/gurl authenticity. I've given up on the before&after boards where there is no similarity in eyes, ears, bone structure, etc.

Also agree, great mother/daughter pic. Smiles are almost identical and isn't that always someone's best feature.

My wife goes with Rachel to concerts, dinner, movies, etc. As long as she gets regular date nights with her husband, she's just fine with "the other woman" living in our house. I'm blessed.

    1. It no longer exists. It died when I killed my Pinterest account a few weeks ago.
