Get Off My Back!

Nikki commented, “I have all the electrical (shaving) gear. I just wish I could reach around behind me to shave my back and shoulders.”

Yes, removing hair from those faraway places is not easy. My preparations for a full week of femulating in Provincetown were a typical example.

At home, I had removed all the hair from my legs, arms and breasts, but my back still awaited me—and the dress I planned to wear Monday night demanded a hairless back.

Monday afternoon in my P-Town BnB, I tackled the jungle with my Mangroomer. It did a good job of clearing away most of the heavy brush, but the result was far from a smooth hairless feminine back.

Next, I tried removing the remaining hair with my Norelco face razor. I succeeded in the places I could reach, but some hair remained in the middle of my back, beyond the razor’s reach.

I carefully considered my next move. I had Veet, Nair and a foam paintbrush that I could use to apply one of the chemical hair removers. The brush’s long handle would let me reach the unreachable—but I hesitated.

In the past, applying Veet or Nair immediately after shaving had burned my skin, leaving it red and sore for days. But what choice did I have? In the worst case, I would be unable to wear the dress I had planned, and my back would be sore for a day or two. So I took a chance and applied Veet all over my back.

After a few minutes, I felt a slight burning sensation, so I jumped into the shower and washed off the Veet. I held my breath as I inspected the results, but the Goddess of Femulation was on my side! My back was completely hairless, without a burn in sight.

Elated, I began dressing to kill for the evening. I wore the ivory floral taffeta party dress with an empire waist and bubble hem that I had bought at Torrid in November. I paired it with white thigh-highs, ivory floral four-inch pumps, a white handbag, silver jewelry and a white shawl.

I thought I looked lovely, but I’ll let you be the judge (see my photo above).

  4. Gorgeous outfit, Sweetie. You have touched on 2 topics that I obsess over.
    1) My Back. Being of STRONG Italian heritage, there's hair everywhere (except on my head!) I've never tackled removal of my back hair, only the shoulders, and I'm fearful of trying!
    2) Attending an event like P'Town or Fantasia - finances and location have stopped me for years and years. Seattle is closest to me, but again it's been finances.
    ~~ sigh ~~
    Anyway, you look lovely, Sweetie!

  5. "Lovely" is an understatement on how you look in that outfit! And thigh highs with that hemline, you sexy minx? I'm sure some admirer got a peek of lace when you sat down and crossed those long silky legs;)

  7. You look terrific. I am fortunate that my genetic profile has blessed me with no hair follicles on my legs, back and underarms. A close shave of the face lasts the entire day. My forearms are the only extremities that grow hair which I can cover with a long sleeve dress. It wasn't until I was in my 50's that a few sprigs of hair appeared at the center of my chest that are easily removed. My wife says my hairless condition is a "waste on a guy." My father was hairless to a great extent. My son looks like a walking bear rug.

  8. I don't usually wear things that expose my back. But thankfully I am not that hairy on my back and what I do have my wife gladly helps remove that hair. I know not everyone has that option so I count myself lucky.

    1. Christina, it is always lovely to encounter someone with a supportive wife. i hold the belief that there is an increasing number of couples embracing the husband’s crossdressing for a whole host of reasons. when it happens it always strengthens their relationship is so many ways. i am so pleased that you & your wife fall into this category. Enjoy ❤️❤️

  14. That's a great look, it was well worth the effort!
I haven't crossdressed for 25 years so body hair's an irrelevance now, but I guess I was lucky on that front - none at all on my back or chest, very little on my arms or underarms. Even what hair I had on my legs has pretty much disappeared as I've got older (is that weird?). To be honest, until reading this feature I hadn't really thought of body hair as an issue.

  15. Waxing my back every other month works for me. I have my chest done once a month. This has lead to less and less hair permanently on both. The back waxing is fairly painless. The chest was a little painful first time but less each time. For first time have the tech do small areas as they work. I expect after a while I won’t need to do waxing or shaving. Last winter I had my legs waxed once every 4-6 weeks. Toughest part is having “hiding” the hair until it gets long enough for waxing. But we know how to do that with pantyhose or tights. I get about a month with nice smooth legs. This summer I have shaved my legs but there is a lot less hair. I wish I could wax my face but hair was too dense, so I used laser as much as possible and now large area electrolysis. That works but is much more time, cost and different pain. But hair removal has been “game changing” for me.
