  1. I know how the guy in the cartoon felt
Sometime ago I was looking for a skirt in a thrift store when a young child, with a piercing voice that could be heard all over the shop, demanded to know why "that man was looking at the women's stuff

  2. Fritzi's niece Nancy was one of my favorite afternoon companions when I was little. I didn't read the "adult" comics like Steve Canyon. Instead, Nancy, Beetle Bailey and Tiger gave me quick, fun adventures.

  3. This "Someday Funny" wasn't. At no time is it humor to out someone in public. It is dangerous and could cause the person being 'outed' to be beat up or even killed. I really wish you would reconsider showing this kind of cartoon, please.

    2. So this isn't altered, it appeared this way back in 1949? Wow! I wondered what the very closeted femulators of 1949 reacted to this.
