You, Me and Bullies

By Bocha Blue

I want to talk about bullying. Or, more specifically — republican bullying. I want to speak about it because this sort of bullying has become pervasive, and it’s not healthy. Nor is it good for our society. There is a particular style all these bullies follow. Allow me to illustrate:

1) Pick your target.

2) start a discussion about how that target is “woke” or odd or ruining the country or whatever the bully wants to say about the target.

3) tweet about it.

4) wait for braindead followers to pick up the mantra.

This is the way they do it. This is the art of the bully — the GOP bully. This story makes my skin crawl and makes me want to shower immediately because of its sleaze. But I believe it’s important to talk about.

I will cite, in my article, two examples of such bullies. Both are people you probably don’t like. Both are people seemingly addicted to s##t-posting on Twitter. Both of these people seem to have extremely low self-esteem, which causes them to lash out at others.

Megyn Kelly is working hard trying to shame Academy Award winner Charlize Theron. Why? Because Theron is an activist for the Transgender community. And at a “Drag isn’t dangerous” telethon, Theron spoke out against transphobia.

Apparently, Megyn Kelly didn’t like that. Kelly is one of the biggest LGBTQ trolls I’ve seen. So Megyn decided she’d like to fight Theron. “Why doesn’t Charlize Theron come and f### me up” she has been demanded shrilly. It didn’t take long.

Kelly’s followers got entirely on board, with many calling out Theron’s mothering skills and calling her vicious and vile names. This is ALL because of what Kelly said.

The other bully is Elon Musk. Musk, who is clearly right-wing while trying to pretend he’s in the middle, announced that Democratic philanthropist George Soros “hates humanity.” Now it’s essential to know Musk has millions of followers. And, of course, some of them were happy to get on board and start to insult and denigrate Soros.

When writing an article, I like to have a solution to whatever issue in writing about. It is tough with this one. Bullying’s been around forever, but this particular type of bullying is dangerous and can lead to harm. I would ask anyone on social media to speak out against bullying of this type when they see it and also to speak out FOR the targets of the bullying. I’d ask that you report any tweets you think are over the line and let others know what these trolls are doing.

  1. I agree with most of what you say, except that Musk is right about Soros. He's up to his neck in shady dealings which cost people's lives and has been for a long time. Do the research and the evidence is all there.

It's not just the trolls that are on-line. The hate or intolerance also comes from the pulpit. Two of my neighborhood families thought they had found a great church and talked highly of it until the pastor/clergy started preaching intolerance and hatred. Those neighbors quit that church. Then, there are those immature little boys who blow up cases of Bud Lite with their assault rifles and rale against the trans community. Hate is alive and well in the USA.

It’s sad the hate originates from trans activists & teachers unions , why can’t we femulators all live in peace & leave education alone “ Ha Teacher Leave Them Kids Alone "

    2. What trans activists and teachers unions are originating hate? Name them.

Stand I like your blog, but this shows how liberal you are that this is how you see this situation. You’re calling Megyn the bully, when it all started by Charlize saying that she will “fu*k up anyone who opposes drag queens.” She’s threatening real violence…and Megyn is the bully? So if I oppose a drag queen shaking his ass in a thong in front of an 8 year old at a pride event…then I’m going to be beaten by Charlize Theron, and I’m the bully for opposing it? You can’t be serious.

    1. Twist it anyway you want, but that will not change the fact that Kelly is a transphobic troll.

Am I "twisting" it or am I saying exactly what happened? And please address the exact scenario I depicted because that is exactly what Megyn was talking about. Her exact quote "you want to go to a show as an adult and have fun go ahead. I've done it. Years ago in Chicago had a lot of fun. But its a different story infront of children." Stana, that makes you a troll? Come on. Its FOR adults. Not children. You've seen the outfits. The names. The sexual suggestiveness. You do realize you can be an LGBTQ person and still stand up and say "uh, this is wrong infront of minors" right?

    3. Where did Theron say it is OK for drag queens to perform an adult-oriented show in front of minors?

Where did she say this! Stana, I'm thinking you didn't see much of any of what "Troll" Megyn Kelly had to say. Kelly played Theron's video where Therons exact quote was "I wil F up anyone who tries to F with anything with you guys. So many things are killing our kids, and drag queens aint one of them." To which, Kelly plays a video of a Queen dancing in a skin tight red latex sex suit doing the splits and taking money from a little girl, while a sign is in the background saying "it aint gonna lick itself."

You're telling me that saying this is innapropriate makes you a hateful troll?

You’re on the wrong side of this Stana. Look at the Megan Kelly video at the 5:16 mark, How is that guy not ridiculing women the way white actors in blackface in minstrel shows ridiculed black people? There has to be a reason someone like that wants to perform in front of children.

    9. After reading the back and forth on this, here's what I have to say. There are "appropriate" drag queens and "inappropriate" drag queens, just like there are "appropriate" and "inappropriate" people of all shapes and sizes. I do agree that what these particular drag queens were doing in front of children was not right, but we cannot paint everyone with the same brush. There are plenty of drag queens with alot of common sense, and who do great work for great causes. If a drag queen (with her clothes on) is just reading to children, I see no harm in it. If they are acting provocatively, I agree some limits need to be drawn.

  6. I saw an article linked from the Drudge Report a few weeks ago that said the majority of Americans support a lot of trans limitations when it comes to kids. The pronoun business and trans athletes winning everything certainly did not help. I think it is helpful to take the high road here and not feed the social meat grinder.

Stana I agree with you except for soros. He is a very deceitful wicked man. Just ask the people of Hungary. I live in a very conservative state. I have many republican friends. They don’t even like what is going on with all the new LGBTQ laws. They believe in freedom and people should live their lives as they chose. The Republican Party is in trouble. They are bullies and people in their own party don’t like it.

The LBGT community needs to speak out against about what has become an ONLINE Fad , Transgenderism , just like Tattoos became a fad , but permanently damaging youth with medical intervention for life is evil . The Reuters study estimates that only about 0.5% of all U.S. adults are transgender .
