High Heels Forever!

I love high heels! So much so that I own over a 100 pairs.

The second piece of woman's apparel I ever wore were my mother's high heels (after I slipped on a pair of her nylons). Since that initial crossdressing experience, I almost always wear high heels when I present as a woman. Occasionally I joke that this whole transgender thing is just an excuse to wear high heels.

Without a doubt, wearing high heels is the most difficult thing about presenting as a woman.

Walking gracefully in high heels is an art.

And then there is the pain! Wearing a girdle, waist cincher or clip-on earrings can be painful at times, but you can almost always count on wearing high heels becoming a painful experience sooner or later.

Despite the drawbacks, I'll give up my Louboutins when you pry them from my cold, dead hands.

Abby of Vivian Lou fame feels the same way and she offers some tips in her blog to make your high heel experience as painless as possible.

👠 How to stop feet from slipping forward in high heels.

👠 How to walk up and down stairs in high heels.

👠 Why not to wear the same pair of high heels every day.

As Abby says, "Here's to high heels without the hurt!"

  1. I also love to wear high heels from time to time, even if i´m not very good in walking gracefully with them.
Most time i try to hold my balance and don´t fall on my bum...
But i can´t resist bying new ones every now and then, just a few minutes ago i ordered some nice black boots with 9cm heels..., ok..., not realy high heels but for me they are comfortable to wear...
But i love to see lovely lady´s wearing heels, skirts and dresses.

  2. Mega dittos. I love buying, owning and wearing my high heels. I do not have as many as you do but I am at or about half that number. I have disposed of some that have actually worn out or broken. If they are still wearable they are in the collection.
I loved your take on the Charlton Heston quote about prying his gun from his cold dead fingers.

  3. Maybe I am the most lazy crossdresser in the world. Normally I (fully) dress up only once a year for carneval. But I am addicted to heels - since chilhood. I possess only 1 bra, 2 wigs, 3 skirts ... but more than 100 shoes (from the "other department").
I really like to buy and try on shoes in the stores, to puchase them online... It really gives a kick and good feeling, to get a new pair that fits, is sexy and belongs to the latest fashion.
It took me years and decades, to realize, I am not a freak or doing something wrong - by loving and wearing high heeled shoes.
Through thousands of threads and articles, lots of internet groups and forums, I found my way, to wear high heels as a man! in public. I started my own forum "Men on high heels 2.1" and due to events and meetings - and the stories and experiences of my other 'colleagues' -
I even found the courage to wear them openly at the office!
Sometimes I show up in military style (baggy pants, heavy boots, etc.) and some days I enter the office in high heeled court shoes - just depending on my mood.
So there is no need to seperate "male" and "female" attire. Clothes have no sex! Just wear what you want! :)
