I had a dream about you all last night! I was in a hotel room, preparing for a work conference, and got dressed in a man's shirt, short skirt, and heels and hose. I wasn't sure if I should leave my room dressed this way, but with my confidence buoyed by the many positive comments from this community to just take that first step, I did it. And like everyone here said, no one batted an eye at my appearance. In my dream, I recall being so thankful for this supportive community❤️
Hi Elise! Stepping out at a work conference would certainly be a bold move dear! That said, the evening life is a great opportunity, in a venue far from home, to dabble in going out and about. I think you would find that everyone here would be right supportive, no different than your dream. : ) Norah
I'd certainly subscribe to "Woman's Day" in the iteration depicted here today! At least we have the on-line sister publication known as "Casa Stana" which has much of the same content. Not sure about tampons though........ Lol. That leopard coat from Shein certainly is smashing! I would consider that one for the right occasion. : ) Norah
I can imagine that magazine coming in the mail every month. I do wear a pantiliner in my shapewear every day. Tampons not for me. Very dangerous for a man. I’m so glad you stayed.
I think many of us would like a subscription to Woman's Day. Please can our editor make sure that every new issue is published on Femulate? Penny from Edinburgh.
The Wiki link to the Pansies 1930 image mention the Harlem Drag Balls held between the 1890 and 1930s. Ben Aaronovitch's novella 'Masquerades of Spring' features one these balls held in the Prohibition 1920s (and a cross-dressing protagonist)
