I agree! Most stores ignore the fact that many Americans are larger. I wear a dress size 24. Finding stylish clothing above the "standard" sizes of 4 to 16 is often hard. I'd be a patron of Kween stores! Heck, even just finding decent, drab old male shoes in a 10.5 wide is a real challenge. Retailers have the idea that buying shoes online is a reasonable proposition. Buying a woman's size 12 wide width shoe is a massive challenge. Heather
Heather, I often find 12W shoes on the Clarks website, in fact, I'd find more for myself if major surgery on my right foot hadn't prevented me from wearing heels! And get yourself on the Macy's sales EMail distribution. Wait for the sales featuring shoes, they always have some 12W shoes available, sometimes a few, sometimes a lot. In fact, I've found a couple pairs of Clarks 12Ws on sale via Macy's for a lower cost than the manufacturer's

ReplyDeleteI have found some cute clothing at Torrid, and they sell shoes and boots up to 13 wide. I like to shop the sales and there reward program helps.
