Wearing Rebecca Minkoff.

  1. Dear Stana,

Unfortunately, right now, every dress makes me look fat. I can look somewhat OK in about half my dresses if I wear my constricting waist cinchers. But even the waist cinchers can't make me look relatively trim for the other half. I'm on a diet with a goal of losing 15 to 25 pounds by the end of 2014. If I can accomplish that, much of my feminine wardrobe will be a little bit large, and I won't have to wear any body shaping garments. When I used to be 20 pounds less than I am now, I looked very good and trim wearing just bra and panties underneath. I'm going to the Keystone Conference in Harrisburg, PA the last week of March, and based on my diet's success so far, I should lose another 5 to 10 pounds by then. If so, I'll be able to look somewhat trim when I do use body shapers underneath.

  2. I ADORE that Rebecca Minkoff - where do you find these beautiful fashions? I could fill my closet with your recommendations. Luckily I don't have the budget for it! ~~giggle~~ Thanks for sharing your adventures, insights and ideas all year long. Blessings to you and yours for a Happy New Year!
