Thursday’s Femulator slot featured Sebastian Muntean femulating Amy Winehouse on the Romanian version of Your Face Sounds Familiar. Mr. Muntean certainly looked the part, but it was his singing that truly stunned me. His voice was so authentically feminine it bordered on the unbelievable.
Impressed, I searched online for other femulations by Mr. Muntean and discovered two more – both every bit as remarkable as his Amy Winehouse performance.
In one, he femulates Beyoncé; in the other, he femulates Corina Chiriac. Click here to view the former and here to view the latter.

It is always a treat every morning to come here and see what delightful femulations you are going to share with us. Until I came across this blog, I wasn’t aware of Your Face Sounds Familiar and the many wonderful femulators it has showcased. Like many of the other performers who have femulated as Amy Winehouse on this show, Sebastian is delivering a very respectful and sincere tribute to her music and her talent.

ReplyDeleteObviously to each their own but boy howdy, I thought that the singing was pretty lame. Beyoncé is a tad better. YMMV...😉
ReplyDeleteNormally, I feel like femulators should not wear short skirts/dresses because it looks wrong most of the time. (Stana, I mean skirts that land halfway between the knee and the hip or shorter. You're OK.) But, Ms. Muntean has legs that can pull it off and look right!
