If a TG applies for position where she must interface with the public, or other companies reps, then she must truly be more than passable or not getting the job is not discrimination.

Where I work, an Engineering company, there are at last three girls in transition. They were top notch software engineers before transition started. They continue to work in engineers cubical just like the rest of us. Now fulyly in transition the company gets to keep their engineering talents and the girls are fully accepted. There are some very obvious, at least to me, male traces left, but those are being worked on. So these girls are protected, by the company, even during the transition phase. These girls however do not have to directly interface with the public nor with the customers. And this is very much a big fortune 500 aero-space corporation.Charlotte3tvhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18031345467706679898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3372432081562643074.post-15548297359953705582012-04-24T23:06:55.427-04:002012-04-24T23:06:55.427-04:00Absolutely wonderful and long overdue!!!!Absolutely wonderful and long overdue!!!!Cyrsti Harthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17176333752728572030noreply@blogger.com
