What’s Up?

I was intrigued by this photo that I found on Pinterest last week. Were these just four guys fooling around or were they posing in fashion-forward outfits that they normally wear. I suspected the former, but I could not find anything on the Internet that revealed the story behind this photo. If anyone has a clue, please let me know.

    It appears the photo is from quite a few years ago based on the brick sized cell phone one of them is holding.

    They look too comfortable posing like that and walking on a dock in very high heels for it to be just a one off joke pic.
